Wind Power is energy taken from the wind as the name suggests. You gain wind energy by wind flowing through the wind mill. While the wind mill turns it powers the turbines inside it.

Solar Energy works really simple. Solar panels heat up through sun, and then convert the heat into energy. Solar panels present artificial photosynthesis.

Biomass is made from plants and is essentially a form of solar energy. Plants absorb energy from the sun as they grow through the process of photosynthesis. 

Geothermal energy is produced during the slow decay of radioactive elements in the earth’s core. Mostly geothermal energy is heat taken from the Earths core.

Hydropower is using water to power machinery or make electricity. It mostly is found near fast flowing water, such as rivers.

A quick reminder that  the difference between renewable and non-renewable resources is the fact the renewable resources don't really have and end and non-renewable resources do.
